Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
WinM is committed to providing value to every client. This policy outlines the terms for subscription cancellations, refunds, and token-related adjustments.
2. Free Trial
- WinM offers a 14-day free trial for new clients
- No credit card is required to start a trial
- Trial accounts receive a limited token allocation
- At the end of the trial, you may upgrade to a paid plan or your account will be paused
- No charges will be applied during or after the trial unless you explicitly subscribe
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to the platform until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period
- Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days for data export requests
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the billing date
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
4.2 Token Top-ups
- Token top-up purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been consumed
- If tokens from a top-up have not been used, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase
- Partially consumed token top-ups are not eligible for refund
4.3 Non-refundable Situations
- Services already rendered (AI analyses, content generated, reports downloaded)
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (we recommend reviewing during the trial)
- Third-party service issues beyond our control
5. Service Credits
In cases where WinM experiences significant downtime or service disruption due to our fault, we may issue service credits (additional tokens or subscription extension) at our discretion. Service credits are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation:
- Email us at billing@winm.ai
- Include your client name, subscription details, and reason for the request
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of WinM after changes constitutes acceptance.
